Overview
IPRODUCE may collect and process the information needed to operate an account, deliver products, and maintain purchase records. This includes authentication data, account contact details, order/payment records, and records associated with supported digital delivery.
Account and authentication
Customer sign-in and account access may rely on Supabase authentication and account records. We use this information to manage access to customer pages, support secure purchase history, and verify account ownership where needed.
Orders and payment records
Order records and transaction metadata are maintained to support purchase tracking, download access, and customer support. Payment processing is handled by PayMongo for payment collection and settlement, and customer payment data is managed by that provider according to the provider's own obligations and security controls.
Digital delivery and support
Private digital delivery may require secure file access, entitlement checks, and internal logs to confirm that a verified purchase can access the correct content. We do not currently operate an advertising network or sell customer data to advertisers.
Optional first-party analytics
When you choose to allow analytics, IPRODUCE records limited first-party usage events such as page, product, cart, and checkout views. The browser sends a random session identifier that is hashed before storage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers in this implementation.
Data use
We use this information to provide the storefront, fulfill supported orders, improve customer service, investigate delivery issues, understand consented storefront usage, and maintain the security and reliability of the platform.
Retention
Records may be retained as long as needed for account support, order history, payment reconciliation, and legal or operational obligations. The exact retention schedule may evolve as the business grows.
